Get directions. Open NYRaceport in Google Maps and set it as your destination.

Arrive early. Gates open the evening before for paddock setup. Registration and tech inspection open at 7:00 AM; riders' meeting at 8:00 AM.
Trailer parking. Bring a canopy, stands, fuel can and a fire extinguisher for your paddock spot.

Before you roll in
What gear do I need?
Full gear is mandatory every session:
- DOT/Snell or ECE full-face helmet, under 5 years old
- One-piece leather suit, or two-piece zipped all the way around
- Leather gauntlet gloves
- Over-the-ankle riding boots
- Back protector strongly recommended
What happens at tech inspection?
Every bike goes through tech before it touches the track.
- Mirrors removed or taped; headlights, taillights and signals taped
- Kickstand removed or zip-tied up
- Coolant drained and replaced with water or approved track coolant
- Tires and brake pads with plenty of life left
- No fluid leaks, throttle snaps closed
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel 30+ days out for a full refund minus a processing fee. Inside 30 days you get a credit toward a future Cartel Apex date. No-shows and weather days run as scheduled; we ride rain or shine unless the track closes.
Which group should I pick?
Novice: new to track or under 3 days, no passing in corners. Intermediate: consistent lines, working on pace and body position. Advanced: fast, smooth and predictable, comfortable with close passing. Coaches can move you after the first session.
